Nope, not a thing.

Though this got me thinking – Diaby, when we signed him, was talked about as a Vieira replacement but for one reason and another (injury, inconsistency, being played out of position) it never quite happened. Last season he sort of stood still, in developmental terms. We haven’t seen anything like the best of him, at least I don’t think we have, so surely he can only improve next season. And surely he will get more chances in the middle, which is his favourite position.

I’m not advocating not buying new players, I just wonder whether Diaby might surprise a few people this coming season.
