Not really much to add about tonight that hasn’t been added elsewhere. We need to raise our game in several key areas if we are to prosper, but at least we can call on the services of one player in very good form – Jose Antonio Reyes. Often a peripheral figure earlier this season, he’s hit a rich vein of form in the last two games, and it’s won him the Arsenal.com Player of the Month.

Even without Keane and Vieira there are plenty of juicy sub plots to make it as interesting as ever, so here goes…

Meanwhile, Robert Pires is now free to negotiate his departure from Highbury, though he still seems keen to stay (and earn himself a two-year deal). He’s not done himself any favours though, has he? He’s got just two league goals this season, one of which was a penalty, so he has some work to do to earn him the deal he clearly wants. Maybe a sparkling night tonight would do the trick. Over to you Bob.

Confident?
